Today the Mini Vinnies carried out a litter pick down the path that runs adjacent to the River Alt. We filled 3 bags of rubbish. We also composed a letter to Knowsley Council to get the River Alt cleaned up as there is so much litter in the river which is harmful to the local wildlife. The path looks so much better already and hopefully once the river is cleaned up it will be a path that people want to walk through. Well done to our Mini Vinnies!
