On behalf of all our school community, I would like to welcome you to the St Aidan’s Catholic Primary School website.

As a Catholic school, the teachings of Jesus are at the heart of all that we do in school. We encourage our children to love and support one another, ‘Learning and Growing Together; Inspired by the Love of Jesus’; our Mission Statement which truly underpins all that we say and do here at St Aidan’s.

As a well-established school, we have welcomed families for many generations, which is built on the great links between the home, school, community and parish. We are extremely proud of our happy school, our warm and caring ethos which is regularly commented on by all who visit us. Our school is also a vibrant and joyous place to be, with lots of exciting things going on!

As a staff team, we are fully committed to ensuring that all our children reach their potential through opportunities and learning in and out of school. We have an open-door policy with welcoming staff, regular newsletters, workshops, open afternoons and celebration events ensuring that families and staff work hand in hand.
