Mr Williams is a published author, writing therapeutic stories for primary school children!
Mentoring in school is provided by Mr A Williams. A Learning Mentor may work with pupils for a number of reasons including:
- Difficulty managing behaviour
- Emotional well-being
- Difficulty engaging in lessons
- Issues with peers
- Poor attendance/punctuality
- Following a significant event, affecting any of the above
Mentoring may be delivered on a one-to-one basis, as part of a small group or through support to engage in other activities. A mentor may also attend relevant meetings to support pupils and their families.
