We are praying throughout November for those who have died

Our prayer group met on Friday (2/10/20) to pray for all the intentions of our school and parish.

Year 6 put the Prodigal Son (Luke 15: 11-32) on trial to see whether he was guilty of not showing unconditional love.

Celebrating the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday at church
Our KS1 collective worship being observed outside in the beautiful sunshine.
A big thank you to all our parents and children who helped with our SYNOD 2020 meeting last Friday 21st June.
All our children entertained us in the hall with beautiful hymns and in between each year group performing, our parents discussed the SYNOD 2020 survey.
Thank you for coming along and being willing to give your honest opinion as to how we can move forward as a Catholic Church, to meet the needs of the 21st Century. All your surveys have been forwarded to the Archdiocese along with the ones that the children helped complete in school.
A special thank you to our lovely PTA who provided all the drinks and biscuits. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
WELL DONE SAINT AIDAN’S!
To celebrate the feast of St.Peter and St.Paul our Year four children wore their special Holy Communion outfits and led an assembly. The assembly was to share the history and the importance of the feast day, the children also shared their memories from their First Holy communion day.
Year four parents were invited into school for a mini fete – we played games, read stories, took part in competitions and made crafts. The day was finished off with a picnic on the school field.
