We have really loved making our own Chinese Lanterns to decorate our classroom and learning about all the traditions. We even tasted some yummy Chinese inspired food!
Today, Y2 went on a geography field trip to Huyton Centre. We had to look for human and physical geographical features that are around us. We even got to ask a local stall holder why they chose that location for their stall.
We were set the challenge to find the Harold Wilson statue on our geography field trip to Huyton centre. We found him and we also learnt a lot about the human geography of town centres.
